Shipping Policy

All items purchased will be packaged as soon as possible and shipped via UPS or USPS. Some items qualify for free shipping. Additional surcharges may apply for international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, please contact us at support@nixieworks.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

We guarantee, for life, the materials and craftsmanship of our products against any manufacturing or assembly defect. If your Nixieworks product fails in any way as a result of improper manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, and on our dime.

Please note that this does not cover damage from wear and tear, or from materials naturally reaching the end of their service life (this should take well over a decade to occur).

We also do not offer returns or exchanges because you bought the wrong size. We have very clear sizing guidelines on our website, please read them carefully before ordering.

I will be away on a trip from Friday, July 28 until Thursday, August 11. All orders received BEFORE noontime MST on Tuesday, July 26 will ship as normal. Orders placed after that time will ship on or after August 13. I may also be a bit slow to reply to emails. I apologize for any inconvenience, and I thank you for your understanding!
