Want to utilize the Lightfighter Rig's extra large buttpack on your own belt kit? No problem! This is the same buttpack that is included with our regular LFRs, only instead of being permanently attached to the padded belt wings, it has a MOLLE / PALS backing to connect to any PALS compatible piece of gear.

NOTE: When mounting to a belt rig, it is highly recommended to attach the rear straps of your suspenders to the corresponding 1" triglides on the top of the buttpack.

This extra large buttpack is designed to fit enough ultralight, high-performance sleep gear to allow operations through all four seasons in most parts of the United States. If you are used to the old USGI buttpacks this is considerably larger, with aproximate dimensions of 10" x 7" x 14" and an aproximate capacity of 15.5L. On the sides of the buttpack are two of our universal canteen pockets, which can hold most types of canteens and water bottles up to 1QT and can be quickly accessed while the rig is being worn. On the bottom of the buttpack, there are two straps to secure bulky gear items, such as sleep pads.

This buttpack is proudly made in Colorado out of 100% berry compliant milspec Cordura, MIL-17337 nylon webbing, and ITW Nexus GTX buckles. Nothing but the best.
